Is it OK for a man to watch the movie, "Notting Hill" even though it is considered a "chick flick"?

I have been insulted from both genders for watching this movie because it is notoriously a mushy romantic comedy for women who love Hugh Grant. Can't it be OK for a man watching to enjoy Notting Hill for its humor and more importantly the lovely Julia Roberts? Thank You.
