PA age of consent laws? is this legal?

The State(actually Commonwealth, but that's getting technical) will file the charges in ANY criminal act. The parents NEVER actually file the charges in criminal complaints, they can only have the police investigate. Are they REALLY ok you with having sex with their daughter? Are they REALLY going to be 100% fine with it WHEN IT HAPPENS. Have you gone up to them and said I want to fuc* your daughter, would you mind it? It would be corruption of minors, and if in public there are other charges.
