HELP, torn between two guys..?

I would definitely go back to guy 1. It seems like you're just staying with guy 2, because you don't want to hurt him like the past gf's have done to him, but you shouldn't be putting yourself through this kind of stuff either. He seems to be placing his past on you and expecting everything with you to be perfect, and you shouldn't have to live up with that. The best way to go about breaking up with someone is just telling them straight forward. Like I said I know you don't want to, but you'll save yourself a lot of stress, and you'll be happier with the first guy.
